Keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and delivery address between pages, protecting forms against abuse, routing you to the correct app surface (customer, driver or logistics), and letting Stripe detect fraud during payment.

These cannot be switched off without breaking the service, and they are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure platform.

Remembering preferences such as your last delivery address, your chosen parish or zone, and dismissed notices. Turning these off does not break the service but you will re-enter choices more often.

Aggregate, privacy-respecting counts of page views, orders started versus completed, and error rates, used to fix problems and plan capacity. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in, checkout and delivery tracking from working.

Mobile installs of the driver and logistics apps use local device storage for the same purposes, including offline queueing of delivery updates when signal drops. Clearing app storage removes it.
